12 Tips for Caring Normal Hair

Spread the love

To keep normal hair healthy and manageable, shampoo daily (or as often as needed) with a gentle natural shampoo. Avoid those with synthetic detergents such as sodium lauryl sulfate, which can irritate the scalp. A herbal rinse removes shampoo residue, softens hair, and brings out a healthy shine. Treat your hair and scalp occasionally to a deep-conditioning hair pack.
