Mix the ingredients and massage vigorously into your scalp once a day.

06. Greek yogurt pack

What You Need

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon

  1. Take the two tablespoons of Greek yogurt in a bowl. To this, add honey and the lemon juice extracted from the lemon.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and make a paste.
  3. Using a hair dye brush, apply this pack to the scalp and hair roots.
  4. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with cold water.

When You Need To Do This

Ideally, you should apply this pack once a week. But if you have dry hair, then you can use the pack twice a week.

1 teaspoon jojoba oil

15 drops rosemary essential oil

10 drops cedarwood essential oil

60ml aloe vera gel

Combine the jojoba oil with the rosemary and cedarwood essential oils. Mix in the aloe vera gel and blend thoroughly. Store in a bottle. Massage one tablespoon of the mixture into your scalp each night before going to bed.

08. Shampoo for hair loss

Thyme essential oil

Shampooing with blend essential oils can help stimulate hair growth. Rosemary, thyme, and lavender essential oils are all regarded as beneficial for hair growth.

250ml unscented natural shampoo

30 drops rosemary essential oil

10 drops thyme essential oil

10 drops lavender essential oil

Mix the shampoo with rosemary, thyme and lavender oils in a plastic bottle. Massage a small amount of the mixture into your scalp when shampooing. Keep the shampoo out of your eyes. Let the mixture sit in your hair for three minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

  1. Add the ground licorice root and saffron to the cup of milk and mix thoroughly.
  2. Before going to bed in the night, apply this mixture to the bald patches and leave it on overnight.
  3. Wash your hair the next morning.

Do this twice a week.
