Pour the boiling water over the dried herbs and cover. Cool the mixture to room temperature and strain. Combine with the apple cider vinegar. Add the essential oils and shake well. Massage approximately 60ml into your scalp after shampooing and rising your hair. Refrigerate the remaining hair rinse and use within one month.
